Great promos, alluring star cast, top chart buster title track but weak script and a poor movie, these are all you can say about De-Talli. After watching the promo you will expect the move would be a really youth joyride with some fine actors like Riteish, Ayesha etc. But all goes in hell as the show goes on and when it finished the spectators got bored.
Lets come to the story at first. De-Talli is the story of 3 friends. Paglu [played by Riteish], Amu [played by Ayesha Takia] and Abhi [played by Afteb]. Amu was the one girl in the trio and Paglu let her realize her feelings about Abhi. But as life goes on one day Abhi fall in love with Anjali [played by Rimi Sen]. Things goes really well until now. But then Rimi Sen was kidnapped and what happen after that, no one has the enthu to describe the fact.
De-Talli starts really well. The connection between the trio was shown really wonderfully. But that doesn’t stay long as long as the story goes on. The title track was fine, which may compel you to buy a ticket of the movie but its your bad luck that you have to wait until the finish to watch that.
Due to the weak script De-Talli falls. Vishal-Sekhar’s music is strictly ok. Only thing which makes you happy is the performances. Riteish is wonderful and lovable. This actor mature in every movie. Ayesha is adorable. After Sunday you will really love her acting in this movie. Aftab is good and performs his part with ease. Rimi Sen add spice to the movie and looked gorgeous. Saurabh Sukla and Anupam Kher were wasted.
E-Niwas didn’t get it right this time. Though the director has the potential but he didn’t put this into the right time.
On the whole De-Talli is very poor flick. For the promos it might get a good opening but it will slow down as the show goes on.
